Dr. Romin Tamanna is a Litigation Associate handling a wide range of civil litigation in the areas of product liability, general commercial litigation and personal injury litigation. Dr. Tamanna’s practice also includes labor and employment law matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, wage and hour noncompliance, and unemployment benefits. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before different administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Dr. Tamanna received her LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Chicago School of Law in 2011 where she was the recipient of Russel Baker Scholarship and Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship. After that, Dr. Tamanna received the JSD (Doctor of Juridical Science) degree from the College of Law, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2017 where she undertook in-depth legal research, specializing in Environmental and Natural Resources Law under the supervision of eminent legal scholar in the field, professor Eric T. Freyfogle.
