Fluent in both English and Spanish, Rene draws on his bicultural background-being born in McAllen, Texas and raised in Reynosa, Tamaulipas-to serve clients from diverse communities with understanding and respect.  His upbringing instilled in him a deep commitment to advocacy, especially for underrepresented voices.
